I thought this was an interesting piece, describing the frustration and mental stress that the Corona virus has brought to so many people, and comparing it with fond memories of past Christmases. Fortunately God is with us wherever we may be, even in isolation and lockdown, and hears our cries for wisdom, patience and grace, also forgiving our outbursts when necessary.

This piece is good and full of heart felt irony and genuine anger toward Covid19. It's very believable. So sorry for you and your ruined Christmas. I felt happy about my ruined Christmas
because my husband didn't want to get on a plane to visit our son. So I made a last minute plan to go up north and have a ski-vacation.

I pray for a much better one next year.

Deliciously dark humor!

This Christmas [HAS] come and gone without a trace.

mend other [people feeling=>PEOPLE'S FEELINGS]

Why [DID] she [locked=>LOCK] us

This left me [literary=>LITERALLY] with no bed

packed up, or better said, [throw=>THROWN] out

[defense=>DEFENSIVE] mood

make shit [happened=>HAPPENED]

When [THERE] is too much pressure, the only thing I can do is disappear for a few hours and think [?=>period].

I let the blue liquid [OMIT: to] cover me,

What a perfect description of what distancing and desocializing has probably done to many people.
I love how you personified Corona, calling "her" "Coronella", and "Cornella" in the last line.
I will just share a few things that the proofreader in me observed as I read your work, that could possibly be changed.
The first line could read, "Christmas has come and gone...".
The 2nd paragraph could read, "I am too busy to mend other people's feelings."
The 5th paragraph, "...make ?!$& happen." (happen without an ed).
6th paragraph, " ..I let the blue liquid cover me..."
Here is wishing you a happier 2021!

I like the title: "Come and gone again." This is true like the opening sentence; "This Christmas come and gone without a trace." There are more things in life that they come and gone. Opportunities come and if people do not grasp them, they will be gone.

I like what you say: "... but what about me? Does anybody care about me and my feelings?" Feelings can come and gone too.

Good work.

I'm so glad that your friends brought you some traditional Romanian foods to help you celebrate during this stressful time! Is that a picture of your festive table? In New Orleans, they have a King cake for Epiphany and they have a Baby Jesus figurine and whoever gets that part of the cake has to bake next year's cake. Your tradition sounds more fun.
Suggestions:
Christmas [has] come and gone

I am too busy to mend other people feeling. (suggest changing to:
I am too busy mending other people's feelings.) This means you were helping other people. But if you said: "I am too busy to mend other people's feelings," it means you were too busy and you were NOT mending people's feelings. It would be very different in meaning.

Why she locked us (Why did she lock us up)

This left me literary with no bed (literally)

    Hi Hellen, you are right the picture represents traditional Romanian food for Christmas and we have Carolers coming before and after Christmas. In my grand-mother village, the boys are used to Carole unmarried girls. My heart is crying we have lost so many beautiful traditions that was making our Christmas so magic.
