I have never seen the movie but I've just hunted Netflix and found it. Fro,m the brief summary of the movie I can appreciate the tone of your poem. The syllable count is on point. I hope to come back and read your words afresh after watching the movie.

From what I recall of the movie--this sums it up. I remember his devastation when he learned the truth--I have a vague picture of him trying to climb the wall out.

Ha! I was just talking about this movie with a family member. I've never sat down and watched the whole thing, only parts of it, this poem makes me want to watch the rest!! I think you've done an excellent job on this poem and I love the rhythm and rhymes.
