I like how you use literary techniques in this poem. Some of your words are onomatopoetic. These give a sensory experience to the reader. There are several sensory words, some alliterative. Well done.

I can almost feel the chill in the air - great choice of word ' pewter'- tells it exactly how the waves look in winter -and one lonely gull - a wonderful sensory rendition of the wintry seascape

This is an excellent descriptive 5-7-5 poem
with very good imagery of the ocean
and use of alliteration with the "s" and "w" sounds.
Good choice of picture.
