Excellent
Not yet exceptional. When the exceptional rating is reached this is highlighted

(pretense=>pretend) Powerful presentation--startling imagery--clever rhyme: advisors/wiser--answers/cancers. Gingerly, albeit a good rhyme, doesn't really work in context. Cancers/wounds--mixed metaphor.

with effective imagery and rhyme.
-I like how you begin with
all of the "voices" we hear,
all telling us what is
the best thing for us to do.
-You definitely have the
right idea in your concluding verse.
