Yes... United. Up until this year, Gypsy, that did not mean everyone had to think or talk or see things the same way.... now, apparently to many, it does. United is a wonderful moniker, though!! ;) Beautiful addition to the renga, my lady! ;) Yvette

It's a very fitting poem today. I think despite of the current administration's divisive policies, we are still the richest and freest nation in the world. Both you and I are immigrant from Spain (in your case) and China (in my case) and stayed here because we like it.
The founding fathers have fought hard to earn the freedom of this country and the flag is symbol of an independent country. I think we should still respect even though it was used wrongly by certain groups.
