What a wonderful offering, Al, to one of football's all-time greats.
Maradona, "The hand of God." Such an infamous goal, scored against England, but his second goal was truly sublime.
He had his faults, like all men, but on the football pitch he was a giant, though not much more than 5 feet tall.
What a wonderful tribute you wrote here.

This was informative. I expected it to go on longer, but feel that you should put your knowledge of the great one into a story/book form. Did you ever see him in action? I was never into him, but everyone has to admit he was a legend of the sport. I think the hand of God made him.

Interesting acrostic poem - almost stream of consciousness in style. You've stuck to the format well, but I wonder why the last four lines rhyme and the first four do not. It is slightly disconcerting to the reader.

Well I have to agree Maradona was a football genius. Being British I remember the hand of God goal and the other miracle goal he scored against us.
He was certainly a flawed character but will never be forgotten.

I read what you wrote under your Acrostic poem and am not sure what kind of reviews you have gotten but I think you did a good job on this. He must have impacted your life for you to have taken the time to write about him. He was young to have died in 2020. That is my kids' age and young in today's standards. Acrostic does not have to rhyme so you aced it there. Good job.
