I enjoyed your presentation of what our country was and what it had become. I thought you did it with honesty with some sprinkles of humor. It is very difficult to predict the future with all this animosity and violence that continue to spread in our country. Will sleepy joe do it? The media is too bias to let us know the "real" truth. GOOD JOB.

This is excellent. I'm not much into politics. Do-gooders may end up dead, but they also end up remembered for what they've done. I liked the ending, but feel you could have said more about Joe. Because my interest in politics is basically zilch; I've only given it a five.

Wow, this is scary to read but opened my eyes as to the logistics that led us down this path and how it isn't over yet, not by a long shot. The scary people put him there and tried and are still trying to keep him there. Putting this under the "humor" category was a good move. It made it possible to view with open eyes and every reader you get can decide for themselves whether to laugh, cry, or be afraid. I think, for me, the need is to stay aware, (after we laugh, cry, or breathe an uncomfortable sigh of relief). All I can say is 'if only,' if only he would be this honest in an exit speech. But his lies are truths and his truths are lies so, even if he makes an exit speech, he'll still have to leave kicking and screaming from his kingdom, the White House. Brilliantly done and written. Thank you.
Jesse

Our existence is determined by what we think. Each thought is a Big Bang seeking relationship with other thoughts. What we're thinking is what we're becoming. First, we find the characters traits, conditions and scenarios we wish to participate in and make decisions about whether we grow our thoughts or exit a scenario.

Loving others as ourselves is a must for an enlightened society.

Thank you for putting this wisdom in bite-sized pieces within a reply so that I can ingest and take it home with me. I can and will learn a lot from you. I am glad you wrote this, and I am doubly glad that I read it. Good morning to you.

This site is rife with Trumpeteers--this wickedly witty satire is a refreshing change from the spewing from the righteous right. (Exit speech? They'll have to drag him out.)

This is very powerful writing, expressing strong and valid feelings very well. No particular person mentioned, but he sure is wrong to believe that there is nothing more important than making money - and burying truth. Thanks for sharing. Hope the new national conscience comes quickly under a wise, compassionate and measured leader.

I sincerely hope you will be able to get trump to deliver this speech when he eventually is forced to concede.

So many of your lines are pure gold, such as:

to go from foundation to decadence without passing through civilization.

maintaining control over the vulgar and the greedy

Be firm, stay armed, pig-headed, and obnoxious.

I led Americans to think money more important than human lives

Thanks to all my supporters for voting before doing any research.

Truthfully I usually skip over the proTrump writings and at first that what I thought it was. Then I realized the "voice" here is the orange king himself. It is pure satire and l love the read. The merry-go-round of the absurd, dishonesty and immorality hopefully will come to an end.
Very well done in high lighting and educating readers on historical events.
Regards,
Mary

Co,

I have no idea what this piece is supposed to be saying. hahaha I get that you are not a MAGA fan - or Trump, obviously, but this seemed to feature several different and varied topics - stretched thin.

I always appreciate your thoughts - though rarely agree. Have a marvelous day!

He was born of a virgin mother
Soon to become like no other
    Avatar of Divine Spirit
    Ready for Earth to inherit
When he came near to puberty
Is when he took his liberty
For many years he traveled far
To learn to be an Avatar
    Yogis, gurus, lamas were consulted
    And shared wisdom that resulted
    In forging all the litanies
    That created hostilities
He knew the plan -- get himself killed
So his purpose could be fulfilled
Avatars know there is no death
There's no such thing as a last breath
    The body is rental housing
We land on Earth to do browsing
    That's what Jesus demonstrated
    It's not really complicated

This was a good humor piece, John. The best way to expose our leader is not to angrily discredit him, but to climb into his head, instead, and say what you see there, to present a day in the life of ...

One thing you may want to change is: "Lao-Tse, author of "The Art of War," [I believe it is Sun Tzu.]

A fun read, though, John.

Thanks, Jay. I had forgotten Sun Tzu's name and used a filler with the intent of retrieving the correct name. Thanks for the review...John

It took me a few moments to realise it was Trump who was the 'narrator' and not you. The was so clever, the way you brought in other presidents, even John Lennon, into the equasion. It worked well. We always think there is more behind these murders, and most times we're right. Taking a life like that, blows my mind. How can someone do that? The whole piece was well written, and I really liked the two paragraphs that you ended with....
We all have the same needs. We all have the same blood, regardless of skin, politics, religion, etc. I don't think that someone in an ICU bed would ask for the skin color of the blood or plasma donor. Would you?

Once we realize that hurting others hurts all our souls, we'll be on our way. The end of a crazy four years looms ahead. The beginning of a new national conscience is near. Take over, Joe.

Brilliant! :)) Sandra xx
