Were you at the Mardi Gras? That's what your image looks like....the masks that they wear definitely do disguise the eyes and parts of the face. Mardi Gras and New Orleans, here we come?

Yes, absolutely true. This is a very clever piece, as the fewer the word the more each word has to be the perfect one. This poem addresses the masks we all wear, the outside appearance hiding the inner conflict or despair. Deals with anxiety, depression, self-esteem - everything! Well done, and best wishes for the contest.
