This put a smile on my face. Good advice! I'm not sure if that is physically possible but good advice. I thought your poem was fun and creative and does a great job in celebrating the holiday.

Wow. You've said a mouthful. LITERALLY. hahahaha
I have never had that problem at any of the holiday meals, but I certainly know a few friends and family members who do. Who, every single year, put on about 10-15 pounds from November through New Years' and then have to work the rest of the year to get it back off.
I have just never found it worth all that extra effort. ha

Yes, many will just be "picturing "the turkey, etc., this year. I will celebrate with a small group of family members. I hope we won't come to regret it!
