I feel as though I have not understood this poem, about dreams longed for, finally achieved, but were they reality? I wasn't sure why each line in the first part finished with a question mark. Perhaps you can explain it to me.

Thanks and Basically Wendy in my editors notes.
That should have explained when I put down about organ tissue donation.
And that was the star.
Yes, that my son was trying to capture.
I truly believe he knew it was his time.
Father told Jesus it was his time so father told my son it was time to go and come back home and leave your body organs behind to save four lives.
And I say these words in the name of Jesus Christ.
Amen
