This is a vivid poem of a serene, incredible, landscape! I really enjoyed reading this poem because you chose unique words that evoke images. I could imagine the sighs and sounds of this lovely place. Wonderful poem!

What a beautiful and heartfelt poem.
You make us all wish we called this land home.
Your language is very fetching and alluring.
I particuarly latched onto:

like a tablecloth spread over the table of God.
lulling the roaming elk and bear to sleep.
and watch streams flowing east into the wide Atlantic,
streams flowing west into the mighty Mississippi.

You can't really jump from peak to peak, can you? :)
The last four lines is breath-taking.
Exceptional job.
I feel like your poem made me a better person.
I would give you six stars if I could.

What a beautiful poem. It is full of emotion and I could see you jump from peak to peak, spread your arms and rise over valleys until you are like an eagle in the sky.

This poem is full of creative similes. It flows like a fountain and sounds like a waterfall.

Dear estory, this is a truly beautiful poem. It takes you on a flight of fancy, above the very curvy earth. With
every image in this poem you can jump from Peak to Peak. You can spread your arms Until you're like an eagle in the sky. ( I wonder where I got those words.)
