Yvette,
Nice job expressing these powerful emotions - even letting them get ahead of her, even. *smile* I don't understand that fully-mated aspect, but I certainly remember the wowable feelings of first love and that might be pretty close to what I see here.
I smiled at your 'lying b-' line. In 9 to 5, the movie with Dolly Parton, way back in the day, she told her boss, he was 'selfish, egotistical, lying, hypocritical bigot.' I thought of that immediately. I'm weird that way.
Delightful chapter. Thanks~!

LOL - Oh my goodness, I remember that movie (and that line)... will never forget that man strung up on the pulley system! ;) :) Thanx for dropping by for an update on Celeste and friends in her saga with Gregor, Robyn -- you know it's great to have your support, my lady! ;) Take care and enjoy an exciting week ahead!! ;) Yvette

Good story, Yvette, but one correction... "fated mates" in a supernatural world is similar to "soul mates" in this world. Two people that are meant to be together will do anything to protect one's love without reason, for it is a bond that stretches beyond the understanding. (It is physical and it is visceral) :) I read your chapter three times. :)

This chapter says don't try to come between two new lovers. Don't try to object. Don't even voice your opinion. Not if you want to stay friends. New love is defensive. Friendships fade in importance.
I'm glad that Celeste did not lose her friends over Gregory. You create suspense over Joaquim's plans. I look forward to that. I can't imagine what trouble he will cause.
I wish I had a six star rating. It's a good chapter.

I am not much for fiction or fantasy. I was taken by your command of dialogue. That is especially noteworthy. Best wishes for a successful publishing future.

I love the intensity ofbthe relationships here. Just what one would expect from the apparent natures of a fairy and a wolf, which would be rather intense and have its differences and apparent human conflagrations, positively hot, well done done Yvette, blessings Roy

Sounds like Celeste (Cee) is a passionate soul who still needs a bit of approval, in spite of insisting on the contrary. It sounds as if Joachim is good at needling and teasing. I only noticed his name spelled differently once: "Biker. Prince." Juaquim quipped quite unrepentantly
Ah well, a main character needs to rant once in a while.

Well, it's finally out. Celeste knows that Keem and Teena knows about her and Gregor. (Loved your nicknames! You might want to add those to your cast list at the end.)
One typo here:
even heard here approach. "Cee?" (her)

Wickedly witty--delightful banter! (I don 't get why Celeste got furious with Joaquim)
gobble-de-gook got appended to background para; many splendid thing s/b splendored; chastise s/b chide, haven't even heard here s/b her; one AND (vs IN) the same is pref.;
