It is an interesting chapter. Twins are jousting verbally in the fantasy land. It is Shakespearean. Twins and fairies. It reminded me of "Twelfth Night".
Well done.

Hello Yvette.
It seems like Celeste is the woodland fairy that is attempting to become the werewolf. Growling seems a little out of place for a woodland fairy. Granted, I don't know anything about either but that does seem a little out of place.
Her enchantment with Gregor is causing her to be mean to her other friends. It appears she's acting like him too.
Since I never read fantasy, maybe I'm just confused.

Okay, for someone that says he 'doesn't get fantasy', you've got a keen sense of the supernatural, Z!!! You are the ONLY reviewer that truly caught onto the REAL reason Celeste 'went off' on Joaquim... so you'd better hand with me so that I feel I've got at least one person reading 'fantasy' and not 'drama'... LOL!! ;) :) Take care and have a wonderful week, my friend (and keep praying for sanity to intervene in our reality!)... ;) Yvette

Hey Yvette.
Darned if I know how I did that!
I start every read using my hierarchy of thought.
First: Logic
Last: Nuance
Everything else is second. :-)))
Nuance amuses me once I get the logic of things.
I'm glad you liked the review.

You know I think it's the first that's lacking in so much of our society's thought processes today.... speaking strictly from a mathematical perspective, that is (wink, wink!) ;)

I get ya. Liberalism lives on emotion. Watch them in the streets. If you will notice, everything is about process, not results. Biden is going to outlaw Covid the day he is inaugurated. He will use Trump's vaccine to stop it.

Hello, Yvette,
I like how you expressed the characters emotions. I still remember the way I felt with my first love. :) It's such a great feeling...I wish I could bottle it up. Well done my friend.
Hugs,
Gypsy

The emotions really come through the dialogue in this chapter, I thought the interaction between the characters was intense, especially from Celeste's point of view. Your descriptions of the scene, but especially the dialogue, were really pointed and sharp and that made the tensions between the characters pull tight. We see Celeste trying to carve out her place between these two and hold onto it. estory

Sexy-Alpha heir, trying to conquer the heart of Celeste, or maybe the other way around. I think I need to get back to the previous chapter because I am missing a link:) Thank you for sharing and good luck with the next chapter.

Oh, Yvette, I wish I had a six left, I love this story, post your next part on Sunday, even if it's Saturday week, so I can give it the six this story deserves. You have an amazing imagination. Poor Celeste, she did let go, didn't she, LOL. I'm sure she felt better afterwards. So, they know about her and Gregor, I hooted with laughter when Joaquim ... "And, Girly, there ain't no way he'd fit in there! LOL!!! That was a brilliant chapter, my friend. Loved it, can we have another soon? Sunday would be fine!! :)) Sandra xxx

This is quite a story. It proves that you have great imagination and story-telling ability. I enjoyed reading it and I will try to keep up with what is going on this fantasy world.

A great continuation chapter, Yvette. Poor Celeste having to put up with the antics / thoughts of Justine and Joaquim. It is a trying time for her and Gregor, you painted a wonderful picture through your choice of words.

Oh my, true love or even true infatuation is a force into itself. Defies reason and logic, bounds over barriers of race, sex, age ... you name it.
This chapter is excellent in its depiction of Celeste's overwhelming emotional response. She's lucky to have understanding friends.
I like the device of including short flashbacks that draw Gregor into the present scene.
A fascinating tale of forbidden love and its consequences, my friend.. I've been there.
Stay safe and blessed
