I love cheese--but not all types, haven't even tried them all. Your poem is vividly descriptive, informative, and entertaining--a good contest entry. What about brussels sprouts?! I love them, but they smell AWFUL.

Yeah, it's a toss up between stinky cheese, and Brussle sprouts. I'll go with the sprouts. Do like Swiss and cheddar, though. Thanks.

The picture you chose is perfect. I like your play on words too. This is one of my favorite literary techniques. This poem has many strong sensory images. The reader is brought into the world of cheese and is immersed in all the allusions. Well done.
