Great entry for the
Not funny but funny writing prompt contest. It's pretty funny and true for many people.
I know many people have the same problem. You must be european, we don't use kilos in the usa. Where are you from? I'm originally from Spain.

Hi Gypsy Thanks very much for your review and yes it seems to be quite common especially these days I gained a third place so that was a bonus
Sorry for the delay in replying but my beautiful brother died 5 days ago and I am so sad and now trying to prepare to go to his funeral next week. Cheers Chris

This made me smile and I can identify with your words here, at the start of the lockdown I had muffin tops, but I decided to use the isolation to achieve my goal of losing weight and now my muffin tops have disappeared! Ha ha ha, this is such a fun poem and I was entertained, love Dolly x

Hi Dolly, Thanks so much for your review and good on you mine is going but still work to do Ha Ha (Sorry for the delayed reply bit my beautiful brother died 5 days ago and we have so much to do to get to his funeral next week with all the Covid restrictions etc have to apply for special exemptions etc to ne able to cross a border to attend so hard and so sad Cheers Chris

Yes me two I am stuck in Victoria waiting clearance to go over the border to New South Wales it has neen a nightmare and now waiting on our Covid test results today before we can leave for a 20 hour drive

It comes like a relief valve to our "over-boundary" life: don`t go; don`t shake hands; no kisses at all: not, not and more not`s to come. So many over- limitations ends in a dead-end situation: over-weight!
