Amazing imagery that haunts and stays with the reader. An award winning artwork. I love those deers! The whole thing has this dreamy fairytale quality, and you want to submerge there a little longer.

I too like to use the poetic contractions for beneath, ever, and never. Often they give a more poetic ring to our words IMHO (-:

Thanks for dropping by to read and share your insights. I had to link my addition to Gypsy's previous entry - a cold mountain scene at night. I wanted to contrast it with a warm misty valley at dawn. The rainbow was just the cherry on top...lol
