Dancing to the oldies are you, Helen? :) This poem is a very well composed dance exercise. You could change a word to make it more fitting here, "Be sure your posture always check" (of posture) but I'm not the writer, you are. :) You know everyone, Helen? How old is Barbara?

I agree that the word order is funny there for rhyme's sake. Thanks for noting it! No, I don't know everyone. Barbara is Katherine's mother so I'm not quite sure. You can join in the fun.
    Blessings!

A very well-written heartfelt poem reminding the older person and especially those in wheelchairs to make sure they are doing some move exercises to keep the muscles loose.

What a great idea, Helen. Yes, exercise doesn't haven't to be spin until you float away. Simple exercises are good for us all. Yes I do the eye exercises as too much computer time can play havoc on eyesight.

Nice addition to Barbara's book. :)

Thank you for the great comments, Joan! There's a gal who walks around the neighborhood with a thick book in hand, reading. I wonder what will happen when it rains...
Let's keep moving while we can. Hugs!

This work has reached the exceptional level

Sorry I didn't find this chapter before - administration about my fall (work related accident, so complex declaration papers to fill-in) has swamped me. I seem to have finally defeated it, apart from a couple of little niggles.

Anyway I love the chapter - so great to see gracious movement for the elderly like that. She'll love it.

Thank you so much for your lovely review and the generous stars, Katherine. I was thinking that I need to keep moving as I spend so much time in front of a screen so thought you mom might like this. Hope all your paperwork is properly handled and you can get back to normal routines! Hugs!

This was indeed so very special for Barbara and a great way to get us away from the couch and computer. Take a few minutes at least twice a day to do these exercises. What a wonderful tribute Helen.

Thank you so much, Alie! I always have a stiff neck and sore shoulders. Since I type while standing, my toes start going to sleep! I need to keep moving or I won't be able to move. Hugs!

You are so welcome Helen, wow it seems like old age is catching up to all of us. Darn! I sit when on the computer but I do do those wonderful exercises from the daily dance. Great stuff.

This poem, Daily Dance, shows the reader some interesting movements when one is ready to workout though limited in the scope of that action.

This really is a super addition to the chapters in Barbara's gift book, Helen. I used to teach a senior exercise class about ten years ago when I lived in Missouri. However, we never smiled as much as this lady in the picture. LOL
