I can imagine being a server and memorizing a menu might result in a little humour from time to time.

I was wondering if the server would ever get it all out, poor guy. He was probably thinking shut up and let me finish already. After all that they ask for ketchup. I imagine the server is pretty steamed, I'd be, lol.

Pons seems focused on the sauces, and he's so polite to the server. Personally, while I think tongue would definitely need some sauce, none of the dozen described sounds appealing.
