For a small one word per line poem, this says a lot. It is about a solidarity of a nation. I like the halted way this poem sounds. Good luck in the contest and thank you for sharing. Stay safe.

You make an excellent point. Personal rights end where they clash with the safety of the general public. I cite drunk driving laws. And shouting 'Fire!' in a crowded theater. Even laws involving second-hand smoke.
When it comes to the health and welfare of the general public, individual rights need to take a backseat.
