Well, I'm glad to get my weekly Misty Dawn fix not matter what might happen next. I can't ever remember an earthquake hitting Atlanta, but I'm sure if the fault they always talk about in Western Kentucky and Tennessee every hits like they say, I'm sure Atlanta will get part of it. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you so much for such a sweet review and your marvelous six-stars. You put a smile on my face. When I said earthquake I wasn't referring to a natural disaster. I meant with all the higher-ups going to prison Atlanta will be shaken to its knees. Maybe I should clarify. You're right about Atlanta. My home state, Missouri has a better chance of facing a hurricane than Atlanta does an earthquake I think.
Thank you so much for all your help, support, encouragement, and friendship. It always means the world to me, take care.

I added this to the end, what do you think?
Larry knows all the higher-ups going to prison will shake his beloved city to its core.
Thanks for pointing that out. Phylis used to do that ask a question, make me think. I miss her so, but I know she's in a better place.

Yes, I miss her too, but her lungs were just shot. I was so sorry that she passed right before I came back to the site. She had sent me a few messages over the two years I was gone. So, many of the people who helped me the most are now gone. But hopefully you and I have learned enough to offer similar help to the newbies who started like us. I like the addition to your ending!

I don't think you need to do any clarifying. I got exactly what you meant and others will too, I just thought it was funny to take it off in an entirely different direction, as I often do just being silly.

Oh, lol. I tend to get in my head too much, take myself to seriously.
I hope I can help as much as I've been helped. My problem is I like to candy coat everything. Guess it's because I know what it's like working your butt off only to get novel sized list of mistakes.
reply by Ric Myworld on 20-Oct-2020
I used to write three pages and get six pages of mistakes and suggestions. It was terrible. I'm like you, I try to sugar coat everything. I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings. I know how many times I just wanted to give up and quit. LOL. Have a great rest of your week!

I'm compelled to read this at the same time I'm disgusted by the subject matter. I'm glad this is just a story but I know it goes on all the time. Some humans have a lot to answer for. You did a great job, as always. Shirley

Thank you so much for reading my chapter and for such a marvelous review. I am honored. It's a horrid subject many don't like to talk, read about, but like you said it goes on every minute of every day. It breaks my heart to think the poor babies never stood a chance.
Thank you so much for your continued support, all your encouragement, and friendship. It means the world to me, take care.

Good Morning Mistydawn, a marvelous Monday to you. This chapter was another good read. The characters and dialogue is well written and it paints a good visual as you read. With all this mounting evidence, I can't wait to see how this will all play out. Good job and have a great day!

Good morning to you. Thank you so much for reading my chapter and for such a wonderful review. I'm afraid Atlanta and its surrounding cities are going to be shaken to its core. The aftermath will be almost unbelievable. A huge win for the good guys.

I think of all the crimes against humanity, man, women and Children, this is probably the worst of the them, because it damages a child almost beyond help, a very brave subject to write on, because it's a difficult thing to write on. Well done, a most excellent episode, blessings Roy

Thank you so much for reading my chapter and your encouraging words. It does damage a child so badly that many turn to drugs or commit suicide. This has been a hard write, the horror of it all. Fortunately, I have my furry babies to get me out of the dark place.

"The way she said it sounded rehearsed like she'd been through the song and dance before." The way the first part plays out is kind of hilarious. You have done some good research. This is good. Real good. Once a gain you have left the reader in suspense. Great job.

Thank you so much for such an encouraging review. I'm so glad you enjoyed it. Poor Penny didn't have a chance. First with the boyfriend and then the music teacher. The poor kid thinks it's the way of life. The mentality of many trafficked victims.

Important men always seem to think they can get away with anything. I love it when they crash and burn. Hopefully they go to jail for a good long time, where they'll get what they have coming to them.

Hello Mistydawn.

The saga continues and surely the "earthquake" will be a big factor in the story. You provide a lot of detail necessary to the content. Much of it is very graphic.

There are a couple of changes you might want to make. Your first reference to the location is "Drury Hills." I believe that should be "Druid." You also used an address of Peachtree "St." Addresses like "street", "avenue" should always be spelled out in prose.

Robert

Thank you so much for reading my chapter and for catching my mistakes. You're right, it should be Druid. There are some gorgeous homes over there but way out of this gal's price range. Their lawn ornaments probably cost more than I can afford. I'm afraid Atlanta and its surrounding cities are going to be shaken to its core.

Things are coming out into the light and lives are never going to be the same. When you write your books do you have it all planned out ahead or just write it as it comes?

Thank you so much for reading my chapter and your continued support. It always greatly appreciated.
I write as it comes. I tried the outlines once, but then I thought of a way to improve it that through the outline off fixed it only to do it again. I was done with that. My fav. author, James Patterson does outlines and his books hit top sellers list. Maybe I'm wrong.
Thank you again for all your help, support and friendship it means the world to me, take care.

Misty,

It's weird - but this chapter reads more like it's nearing the end of a book rather than the beginning. *smile* Sounds like the detectives are coming to conclusions that we usually have to WAIT to discover. haha

Only one note:
1.) Peachtree St. By the looks of it, I'd say that's their meeting place.(")

Great job - I'm enjoying!

Thank you so much for reading my chapter, and finding my mistake. Just one, I'm not sure how I managed. I guess miracles do happen, lol. The detectives are far from done.

I am so happy you are putting out theses stories to raise awareness. Children need help and people they can turn to without fear. This is an excellent piece!
