Thank you for encouraging us to celebrate Halloween. I enjoyed your 5-7-4 haiku. I bought a pumpkin today and plan to avoid the knife and use a marking pen to make a big smile. (I think "knife's" needs the apostrophe in the first line.) Best wishes in the contest- Joan
