I Love your poem about the oncoming winter. There is a lot to marvel at when the seasons change, but there is something special about the time between fall and winter. Thanks for sharing.

The author's words are descriptive, uplifting and creative. I thought about
fall when I lived in New York and I do miss it. I live in Florida now and even though it has it's benefits there is no fall. The poem flows and connects well. The artwork is awesome. Hope you are doing well.

You wrote very nice lines about the change of the seasons, very well written lines, my favorite was the lines came to the chilled air and those chilled shivers. Very good rhyming poem about nature's changes.

A nice romantic poem that captures this feeling of the fading season, of life waning away, falling asleep, and the last crop of the garden being brought in. A feeling of accomplishment, but also there's that fading light, the creeping darkness, that shadows our emotions and clouds our hopes. estory

This is a lovely poem to go with the beautiful picture. You described the Fall just as it happens and the gardens last crop, the need to split more wood for the approaching winter, the birds chirping goodbye. Well done!

Every season has its own thrill and bring the beauty and purpose with it .The transition into autumn has been described here beautifully .The perfect meter and the rhymes add to the enjoyment.

I love the image, which drew me in right away to this poem about the Autumn season. The rhymes are pleasant. I would change the last line, however, because it did not flow as smoothly as the rest, and the reference to other seasons seemed distracting. I would prefer a final, pity observation about Autumn.

I was disappointed by the end of this poem, where you seem to infer that autumn cannot stand up against spring and summer, and this despite having done such a good job describing fall's glorious colours and its unique somber moments.
