This is a light hearted and funny chapter, with some over protectiveness coming out in Cash.The dialogue is well done and you can see the relationship between these two progressing to the point of his being jealous over Maurice.
Well done and the picture really is cute.

They are great reads, short or not. Liked Cash not liking Maurice, know the feeling, Think that her bringing a stranger into her house, not real smart. Wonder is there a hidden motive here, very curious, enjoyed.

Barbara,
A masseur named Maurice? That could sorta set me off just like it did Cash. I get the feeling that this book will be something of a comedy. It is enjoyable to see how Cash and Paige are beginning to care for each other without quite realizing it. I found nothing to criticize.

I hope there is a little comedy in this book along with the mystery of the ghost, the romance and some danger. I am not sure I can pull it off. Thank you for the kind review.

I caught an earlier chapter or two of your novel and was pleased to stumble upon this one. Very good, natural dialogue. I don't "know" the characters, but they come across as real people. I'll hope to get in on future chapters (or segments).

Precious artwork! This obviously is setting the scene for what is to come. Well written and transitions from one point to another without any difficulty. I found it unusual for a man to pass on the "meat" part of the preparations. Enjoyable read. Good job.

I'm sure it's not because I'm from the south that makes me so enjoy your writing. You really write like a simple conversation. Makes it so real for me. Love the line, "heck, I'll do that for free." Duh. So descriptive. Always allowing the reader to be in the scene. Excellent.

It sounds like a great girl's day out. I wouldn't mind attending one of those. Cash seems like a very typical Southern boy. I'm not surprised he don't really understand Massage thrapists. LOL
