Oh you are right. I will go add that to his poem. I worked so hard to find a picture of his brother in lawsnd on the poem and art, I forgot to add that about him. He always cracks me up. Thanks Terry.

I did go and add two more lines at the end just to make sure to have something in there. It is just that his poem was already a few stanzas more than most, I tried to get his info in first, as it was so interesting.
Thanks for the reminder, as I always tell Bill how he cracks me up.

Hi Helen. Did you notice the art? I dug and dug to get a picture of Tom Alward on the field playing football, then I did all the art myself, W the teach English and Marine corps emblem. And gosh, I tried to be just as sensitive to his kids from his first wife as my second, but it was a mouthful.

Fifty years is an incredible achievement today and we know it takes love, children, commitment and compromise to make it happen. Of course us guys do the compromising (haha).
