You are right with the last line, "a family affair." Your grandson is a chip off the old block. I suggest you encourage him, by using his work again, when the mood strikes you. My favorites in the painting are the sunset and the barren tree. You must be so proud of him. Another artist in the family--wonderful.

My prayer was always that my children were a better version of me, and they show in most things they are. (certainly in the most important areas) but it is also emerging that the grandchildren are better versions of their parents, that's the only evolution I believe In.
