What a wonderful tribute to Brooke you've written here. I'm sure she feels all the love her fanstory family has given her. The poem was well crafted and rhymed. The art work was very simple and appropriate.

You paid a wonderful tribute to Brooke. This painted a picture for the reader, letting us know Brooke a little better. The last verse indicates she may have to leave, but you are praying for her so she can get better an continue with her beautiful works. Thank you for sharing.

What a gorgeous poem for Brooke, Sanku! She is going to be thrilled and take great joy from beginning to end and how you've worked her screen name into the title. I always thought adewpearl was the coolest nickname.
You've captured a scent of her essence in your poem with good use of poetic devices and some of the wonderful images that Brooke saw beauty in.

Not only good rhyming but judicious use of alliteration and some lovely assonance in lines such as 'icicles leaning from the eaves' make this a little gem and a lovely tribute to a poet who always seems to find the beauty of nature and the joy of living in her verses. We all miss her and wish her well.

I am in love with your poem for Brooke. You've so skillfully woven into your verses all the things that remind us of Brooke's poetry... which I've been missing terribly. I wish I still had some sixes in my storehouse. Thank you for this wonderfully written tribute to our friend.

Thank you very much for your lovely words and your wishes for a six star. Actually I am no good with rhymes and I struggle and take a long time to come with rhyming lines and often they would sound clumsy. So I feel very happy to know that you think of this as worthy of six star.

Wow! I love how you told your story with a simple, back to nature, rhyme scheme. The visual I created in my mind while reading this was more vivid than the beautiful picture you selected for your piece. I felt like I was in the middle of a glorious wilderness with hope abounding! Thank you! ~Amy

What a great poem. Simple and sweet, and captures all the marvels of Brooke's expertly penned poems. Often, after reading one of her poems, I caught myself thinking, I never saw it that way. Then I would think, Brooke is so right, and it would stay with me, her perspective. A great poem, and here's to her speedy recovery.
