What a wonderful tribute to your granddaughter and at the age of 2 to have such a tribute written for. Great imagery and really fun comparisons, like the sparkle in the dew drop
A very alive and springy read. good rhyming nothing out of sorts.

Hi Roy - this is a beautiful little verse dedicated to your granddaughter. I know how you feel as I voice these same sentiments of yours to my granddaughters (and grandsons). They do bring such joy. You are lucky you have her near so you can see her grow and you will always have a close relationship with her. Kind regards Dorothy x

Your grandchild is beautiful and, indeed, would light up anyone's day. How fortunate you are to be able to see her daily. Don't blink or she'll be all grown up. Thanks for posting her photo and the lovely verse telling of how she blesses your life.

Hi Roy
What a gorgeous little granddaughter you have and no wonder you expound your wonder and glory in such detail. Spell-bound from your first line, well the title also, I've read with such pleasure and felt fully the strength of your love for this dear little one and for your gratitude to her Creator. I love all your beautifully expressed similes. She certainly looks a precious gem sparkling in the sunrise. So wonderful you have her close by and see her each day.
I can find no fault ..... I've enjoyed your rhymed quatrains .... love "dappled dancing plumage, Of eagle's wings in soring flight." - a beautiful display of visual movement. The last couplet is a stunner ... high impact, with great emotion. I've enjoyed your little ripples of alliteration and abundance of assonance which arouses the audial senses. No one can doubt this Grandpa loves his granddaughter ... a lucky little girl indeed. Warm Hugs - Lovinia.
