I always say spontaneous laughter is the best kind, it comes from the heart; it is the best medicine, too. Cute picture, I can see why he laughed! Excellent rhyming and a fun read. Faye

I haven't giggled (laughed but not giggled) in years, and after today's events doubt I ever will again. What a delightful and fun poem to go with Miranda's awesome photo. Excellent rhyme and perfect rhythm with this one. I enjoyed it immensely.

Valerie, thank you so much, my generous friend :-) What the heck happened today to make you say that? Now you have me worried. Brooke

I found my debit card was cloned and my entire account was wiped out...how's that for Murphy's Law. This is not considered a police matter in Mexico. The bank is investigating but the chances of me getting any of the money back is unlikely. I am currently relying on my Angel, Linda, to get me through to the end of the month...gotta eat, right?

The innocence of a child's giggle that
can not be ignored and warms the soul
much like the shining of the sun to
make your entire world suddenly look
so nice and warm.
Another delightful walk in the land
of the child from which some of us
never grow to old to believe in.
Well done

Brooke, the sage wisdom that you address is simply put with engaging rhyme and measured meter. You speak of a universal knowing by is all. :0 GracieAnn

HAHAHAHA!!! Is that really a spoon that kid is finding so funny? LOL. Brooke, that MUST be a sign of a very happy little boy. Oh, yeah, before I forget (LOL), great poem. (Sheesh, upstaged again, huh? LOL)

I enjoyed reading this giggly poem. What a sad thing it is that the older we grow the less we giggle. Giggling is so therapeutic. However, I found a really funny Youtube clip the other day, and surprise, surprise! I laughed until I cried... and it felt so good!

A lovely poem. It has just the perfect playful rhythm to go with the subject. How true that those giggles double when you try to keep a straight face! It's a bit like trying to cap a volcano. The eventual eruption of laughter can be quite catastrophic!
