The idea of a chewy toy ripcord release was brilliant as was the parachuting poodle on the bearskin rug. Well why not? We take them for walks, and we take them swimming. I've heard of them riding skateboards, so why not take them parachuting? You have two dogs? They can take turns - the one not parachuting flies the plane!

Thank you for the great review, Pantygynt. The poodle was just a graphic design on Sam's parachute. Lol. I'm glad you liked this silliness, friend. Thanks again.

Author,
Yours is such a wonderful story!
I thought my dog did it all, until I read about your dog.
I love the breathless feeling I experienced, reading on and silently wondering how your canine jumper was going to land.
I liked the suspense and the sweet humor of your adventure.
Awesome story.
Good luck!

Excellent entry for the A Visit To . . . . . writing prompt contest.
Your Dog Sam is very brave. I was worried he wouldn't open the parachute in time! Wow he is quite adventurous lol well done.
Goodluck in the contest.

I do not know if I like the artwork or the story better. I guess then I cannot separate them for their fun, creativity, and brilliance.
Good luck in the contest.
Best regards,
Mary

Thank you so much for the fantastic review, Mary. To be honest, I actually like playing in my art program about as much as the silliness I write. Lol. The picture took a whole lot longer to complete than the story did, so if you liked the pic better, that would be fine with me. Haha. I'm glad you liked the piece, Mary. Thank you again.

As a dog lover and dog owner. I loved this story about Sam and you wingsuiting or parachuting together. I love the details told with the excitement of a kid doing a fun activity with his dog. The story is in large font, so it was easy to read. I wish you luck in the contest. You have a great entry.

Great story! Very creative and even believable if one puts on their 'anything can happen' hat. lol. Meets the contest runs and, in my opinion, is a winner. Good luck. ann

Thirty two thousand feet? That's where passenger jets fly, and for an initial canine jump, that's too much for anyone but you. Going where no man has gone before. James T. Kirk .................

I looked on line and guess I misunderstood passenger plane. LOL. I look at it as we were passengers. Haha. I lowered it by a ten thousand. Hopefully that's closer to the real deal for jumping out a plane. Thank you for the great review and stars, friend.

In the recreational world of skydiving, jumping is most often conducted between the altitudes of 10,000 and 13,500 feet. Skydiving from above 15,000 feet requires the use of oxygen. FYI.

I enjoyed this humorous story.
You have done a great job with the prompt, very creative!
As a dog lover and owner, I was immediately drawn to the artwork.
Your writing is widely descriptive and engaged my senses throughout.
Your colorful vocabulary painted a clear picture to which I could experience the story from my perspective.
