And what a glorious photograph to compliment your rhyming quatrains! There is much to be said for presentation that calls the reader to the writing. Already you have All Time Best for this lovely poem - what more can I add? Brilliant, loved it, made me happy, wish winter would hurry up, and best of all...the rains have arrived! Well done Mrs Honeycomb.

Good solid quatrains that utilize the abcb rhyme scheme. Good end rhyming. Good alliteration with bumble/bees...perfumed/pools...seeds/sown. Good rhythm and flow. Good complimentary photo followed by a clear message.

Brooke, what a wonderful poem. We can make honey (joy)
for others like the bumble bee. Share the joy. You
always do. Great job of rhyming quatrains and message.

If I were a bumble bee...
But since I'm not, I'll do a comparable equivalent...
A lovely image of nature that mirrors a loving aspect of life in a fine verse. Beautifully presented! Enrique

Hi. I wish I were a bubble bee, just so I could fly and thumb my nose at physics. (sorry, I digress)
Another cute poem, these bring a smile and innocence back to ma day. I read these to cleanse my pallet after some of the sad and troubled poems i read on this site.
Thank you for a taste of childful delight.

Another sweet poem from you Brooke - first butterflies now bumble bees. I think spring has really invaded your senses and inspired these well written, enjoyable poems. As usual perfect quatrains. Regards Dorothy

I think every one of us sometimes wants to be like bumblebees, exploring fields and finding perfumed pools of sugar . I love the poem. It is a very good work.

Hi Brooke,
since bees are one of my favorite things... and you of course are one of my favorite poets, then I'd say I'm in favorite heaven.
Such a deftly composed set of rhyming quatrains... not only did I love it, so did Jade. Sawyer and me eh? Thanks.
With our thoughts we create,
a glimpse of life's true magic,
James xx

You are really in your best element when you are writing for Sawyer. I like best the last stanza," But since I'm not a bumble bee, I'll gather in the sweetness wherever seeds of joy are sown in fields of life's completeness". God bless.
