I love seeing your titles and knowing one of your counting poems is on the way. I really enjoyed your worm minus one poem, Brooke. The examples are each fun to read.
Smiles,
Karyn :-)

This reminds me of the 'Ten little Indians' song I used to sing as a kid. Those worms surly were an intrepid bunch. I had no idea they were so active. A great kids poem. Your rhyme was great and your rhythm flowed very smoothly. This is something I would read to my kids. Great job.

Hi, Brooke,

Lucky bird, but poor worms! Fun little read.

I used to go out with my dad at night when we live in Ohio and help catch night crawlers so we could go fishing the next day. Interesting little critters. And I even bated my own hook. Taking the fish off the line, well, that was a whole new ball game--especially catfish!

Cheers & Blessings
Keep Smilin'.... Jax (*.*)

Virtual "six"... Love this chilldrens counting poem. I would have never, ever thought of doing one like this. I have bookmarked this one for future reference so I can try one as soon as possible. Extremely creative, indeed! God Bless, Deb

Cute little poem for the kids. Also helps with counting backwards. The poem did not flow as well as yours usually do. But I still liked it.

Kids just love these types of poems, & it is such a good learning tool..And Must admit this was even a good read for myself, & got a chuckle, & then, started feeling sorry for
these worms, as they seemed so human, & then just one measly worm left all by his lonesome.

A delightful child's poem. I especially like the one that was gotten by the robin. Here in the desert we don't have many worms come out in the rain.

Dear Brooke,

It seems these worms have something in common with spiders.
(LOL) Maybe it would be better if they went out in larger groups. Excellent rhyming and flow. The worm that got stomped on must have been a senior.

Warm regards,

Winslow
