Good morning, Andre: I really appreciate learning this new form of poetry. You gave us a thorough lesson of it in the notes and you Ghazal poem is a perfect example it. You dressed this poem with a very attractive photo of the ivy you speak about. These deep green leafy plants surely made this whole post priceless. I loved also the memories that you wrapped into this ivy poem, including the the last two couplets. They are so precious.
"A hastily picked Mother's Day bouquet:
a calla lily entwined in ivy."
Mom grasps the gift. "Nothing is as pretty,
'Dre, as a posy embraced in ivy."

Oh, thank you, Tier, for giving my first ghazal its first review. I had a lot of fun with this form and look forward to writing more.
