This 5-7-5 poem, early morning, is a gentle reminder to me and all readers that each new morning represents a new beginning of the universe.

Your words create the feeling of a new day, it is true, a good feeling of newness and hope comes with the dawn. Excellent use of words and flow of lines. Your words bring up good feelings.

Yes it's a heady prospect - a new day and what it may hold for us - yet we rarely have time to rejoice and look forward, so consumed are we with our 'cares'- appropriate pic

Lovely photo and poem. The poem epresses succinctly what I feel every day. Each day is annew as you suggest from the Bible verse. A lot of meaning in the poem: love- from God, and of morning; each day is a new begging, holds sway is a lovely phrase; herald of mercy again spiritual. Good luck in the contest. This is a winner

Is that a stork in the midst of the calm morning sunrise?
It's a lovely scene in its serenity...
Interesting word choices shows faith without actually using the words... I like that.
Shows spirituality in any force of nature... I like that even more.
Well done and good luck in the contest. I believe you've hit the nail on the head.

Each morning is the beginning of something we don't know, but anticipate with the coming of the light. In so few words you've created a wonderful thought. Les

Love early morning. It's my favorite time of the entire day before all the hussle and bussle starts. It is a new start of a day that God gave us. Good job.
