You describe very well what lead to your decision to write, and I have to say I found it very touching. A lot of people say that writing is a good way to help deal with grief, and it's wonderful that that has been your experience although I know you never recover from something like that. I think your take is definitely a good one, Hopefully so will others, I like the fact that you really still haven't figured it out. Even if you never figure out why, don't stop doing it.
