How wise you are! I believe these are the end times and many will call me a zealot and a senile old lady, but I have seen it coming. Every day I read the news on the computer - several sources so I am not getting things from just one place. People are killing children at alarming rates. I know they are sick, but why children? Why any of this? Very fine poetry you have given us...thank you.

You make some great points. The things you mention--protests and killings--are occurring in other countries as well as America. It seems that the whole world has lost its way. People are bent on destructive acts instead of doing the positive things you mention, like helping the homeless. I agree we need to stop this cycle of hate before it's too late. I still have hope. Excellent rhyme. I don't think we should lump all police officers into the category of committing atrocities. There are instances, true, but we still need them. judi

God commands us to love our fellow man, not agree with them, live in harmony, in unity, but not clash with them, that's why they protest, because, although they agree with democracy, but they demand it, Jesus pointed out the function of the law, to reveal sin, but yet to live in peace, that's why one sees Christian's with guns, they demand righteousness, even steal it, but not with grace, Jesus takes away the sin, but forgives with grace, beautifully written brother, you're an excellent poet, blessings Roy
