I enjoyed this poem. It has good rhyme and flow and was fun to read.
It is true what you say about the writers on FanStory. I'm amazed at all the creative work I see and when I start reading it is hard to find a stopping place.

What a wonderful tribute to the FanStory community!
I joined in 2007! I took a rather long hiatus for a number of years due to raising my family and teaching responsibilities. But when I retired in 2016, I eagerly returned. Just today, I checked my account, and I discovered that I have posted 531 poems! Good Heavens!
What a joy it is to be a small part of FanStory and write, read, and review!

I can't possibly keep up with the reviews. You're right. Between the night owls (me included) and people from around the world, there's new things to review all the time. And whatever they say about a 25% chance of getting a pump, mine don't average out to 25%. I do at least 4 reviews a day, but I've only received 2 pumps this week! But still we keep plugging away because we love it!

Hi Darlene! Thanks for the excellent review. I really appreciate your comments! I think it's true, about the pumps. Something similar seems to happen to me, too. But we keep on doing it, yes we love it! I am also a night owl, but I have been trying to modify that somewhat, for a number of reasons. I'll probably let everyone know, if I succeed. Yes, this does seem to be a 24-hour international gig, wow, FanStory never closes! xoxo

If you don't win poem of the month, I will be sadly disappointed! You have covered every part of what fanstory means to so many writers across the world. I think your poem is fantastic and most of us oldies (been here ten years now) will agree with your sentiments. Well done.
