seems to be too medically focused, fact-based, so it was hard for me to get emotionally intrigued in the story, although it is very touching and personal.

My wife is pregnant and we hope for the best for our baby. But, we do know that things like this can happen and they are out of our control. It is nice to know that this story does have and ending with promise and hope. All the best for you and your son.

My son was born with Downs Syndrome. At 4 months he ahd open heart surgery. Reading this I was brought back to those times. It is an incredible fear that grips your heart daily! I also think as a parent of a ill child you learn to accept small gains as windfalls. I also often wonder if my son has wings as I can honestly say I have learned more from him than anyone. I enjoyed reading this story. Blessings to you and your family!

Very emotional story I was able to relate my friends son had a similar problem and she was quite scared and pulled through. SO did her son who is now 13 and gives her girl problems .
