Hi Brooke,
yes, you have done it again... made me smile of course... and how true are the words you speak or at least write?... spot on!
Truly positive words that evoke an inspired response... hell, I'm leaping!
As always, picture perfect... and yes, like on most occasions I come bereft of reward to your poems true worth... but never the less I know how exceptional you are and appreciate your talent... leap Sawyer, leap!
With our thoughts we create,
opportunities,

You're feeding me motivating messages with your poetry lately, Brooke! A strong last punchline here really gives this poem added strength.

I had to take your advice without knowing it, on a hike yesterday in Mammoth, when the shortest way back to our car was to ford a creek! I enjoyed the coincidence and your rhyming epigram--jump Sawyer and Joan!! LOL- Joan

The only response I can generate to this bold advice is, "Look out for that treeeeeee!" LOL. Go ahead and be George of the jungle if you dare. Only if you persist in banging your head I there is somebody there who will really care.

This is such a cute poem. I love leaping off the path. And Sawyer is getting so big! Oh my goodness. I love the pictures you post of him on here.

Oh how cute. I enjoyed reading this poem. We must leap over any sort of obstacle in our paths. I know I do. Cute poem.

I had to smile at this one, Brooke. Nice touch with Sawyer leaping over his ring. Short but sweet. LOL. Can you explain the epigram to me, please? :>D Miss Sally

Miss Sally, thank you. The epigram is a short, pithy, witty statement about one specific
-
aspect of life :-) It does not have to rhyme.

Thank you Brooke. I appreciate you! Miss Sally

Great use of descriptive words to create the image that I saw in my mind. I like the flow of your poem. Great rhyme scheme that you used. Wonderfully written poem.
