That was a pretty nice story line. I think it does not need any more work, it is great the way it is.

I hope you continue writing because you are pretty good at it:)

What a lovely ending to a nearly disastrous day. You did a great job with this and I found it very well written and kept me glued to my chair. I think is is great entry for the contest and I wish you all the best.

Cute story. Nice twist with the underdog getting the guy. Well written, and concise. Good luck in the contest, nice entry.

Absolutely fabulous contest entry - and I believe this will be a great contender for the prize. The way the story progressed was entirely believable, because this is something that lots of people do; press send without realizign what they've done. I don't think this would be considered romance, which was ruled out by the prompt, but some might feel it is. I think of it more as humor. It's a wonderful piece, either way. Great work! Good luck!

I didn't consider it romance because she wasn't looking for a relationship with him..She finished another of Susan's jobs and then was big enough to take the blame...Can't help the consequences benefited her as well...Thanks for the wonderful review...Carol

Carol, I really enjoyed your story, and with e-mails, this happens all too often. In today's hi-tech climate, people really take a chance when they post something in writing.

    Lola,

Though I don't think Susan intended to send her day dreaming email...an innocent mistake of Mandy trying to finish Susan's job as usual certainly led to a few surprising events...Thanks for the great review. Smiles, Carol

Carol, that was smoothe. I liked how you built up Susan's ability to lure men, while downplaying Mandy's.

One for the good guy's. Mandy was willing to take a bullet for her friend and winds up with the "prize." - John

Oh I enjoyed this so much. It was a fun read. Good characterisation, love the 'in your face to Susan.' They might be friends but she was incredibly bitchy to Mandy.

Hehehe Well done. Again, I didn't spot any errors,I rarely do in your work!

Alison :)

Lol. I especially liked the dialog in this piece which is realistic and wonderfully written. I liked how the story turns out as well. My only consideration would be when Mandy is wondering if Jack would fire Susan or embarrass her since Mandy told him she had sent the letter.

Well, I can understand if she assumed Jack knew Susan's pen name as well, so I guess it can work. What a surprise for her to be asked out for dinner.
