This is simple, yet profound. Comfort is nearby. All we have to do is accept it. Sometimes everyone gets sad, but we don't need to stay there. Like a preacher friend of mine says. You can't stop the birds from flying over your head, but you don't have to let them build a nest there. I'm glad this was the only thing in my message box this morning.

A 'kigo' is the season that a haiku addresses - I wrote those notes because I'm tired of writing a simple 5-7-5 or 5-7-7, and having it judged like a haiku. The rules of the haiku simply do not apply here.

Hello Patty: I agree the beauty of His love surrounds us. If we just take a few moments to look around and take in all of His wondrous creations or meditate on them we would allow it all to calm our anger or to sooth our aching hearts. He knew that His wonderful creation would comfort those who let it. It is another extreme act of love on His part.
