That's so true, Ben. I think the abused person in this story was not thinking past her own pain... or the consequences that might follow her falsehood.

I guess there's only one thing worse than the abuse of a child, is bearing false witness, I know there are a lot of men without fault that would never touch jobs that involve young children, because of the fear of being accused of abuse, even though they would never, there is a cynicism and suspicion that pervades our sick society.
