I love the message in your poem. To me this says "It will what it will be" which isn't a bad way to lay down your head. Excellent poem. You say a lot with just a few words. Loved it.

Thanks Sally for reminding me of that prayer. I cannot lie but I have not said it for many years.. I always have the English problem with lie vs. lay, so your note clarified this issue. You selected a very nice illustration to accompany your few lines of religious verse.
