Hi Tony, I know what you're saying in this great three line poem. There is a tendency of younger people not taking the elderly quite seriously. All I can say, when I shrug my shoulder, is that they will experience that one day as well. It's not worth my breath. No pun intended in these troubling days. Good luck. Ulla:)))

What a totally true poem for me. Is everything crazy in Australia as it is here? I was a labor and delivery RN for many years and you would think my Granddaughters would believe what I say but they don't. "It's not like that anymore, Nanna." When did having a baby change? Isn't that the truth especially with my know it all kids. I don't know how many times I wanted to throw a fit and say sit down, shut up and listen a second. It's so frustrating sometimes. Love your picture, the look on the gorilla's face is perfect for your poem.
