I'm afraid I will have to award another six for this lovely piece of warm magic...

The very idea is wonderful and the execution fantastic. I love the weaving in of both bedtime stories and family activities and childhood games. I am also all for making use of such items. My wife has made many quilts and I can only think of one that was 'too precious' to see real use - every other one is as faded and stained as you hope Charlotte's quilt will be.

Too many great lines to list, but I did love the piggies huffed and puffed and the tickly-wiggles....

OK, you can give me a six, but I won't tell. It was really fun to be set on a mission for this one. I didn't want to get too pushy, but it is such a shame when things are just stored away for future somethings and never see the light of day. Your opinion, as always, means a great deal. a win-win by any account. My daughter went to Radford
University - not too far down the road from where you
live now. I live in the Hampton Roads area - tucked between

Great poem. The words flowed smoothly and it had good content. It told it's story with magical words, like the quilt itself. I come from a long line of quilt makers and I know all the children take there quilts everywhere they go. They become quite worn before they are put away for safekeeping.

What a cute poem for children especially. I also find some adults love children's poems because it brings the past back to a memorable event.
