I'm so sorry. So much of this. What has happen to the men in our society. I just reviewed a poem about enlightenment, that felt all men are born good. I had to enlighten him. I'm sure he won't be too happy with me, but I was very nice. Man is not born good, good comes only from God. Man thinks he is so smart. Anyway, I'm so glad you are happy in the Lord now. Do you know who Evelyn Fort Stewart is? She is on this site and wrote an amazing book "Behind Closed Doors" about spousal abuse, she had one roller coaster of a life. Anyway very well done, great expression and feeling. Rox

Thank you so much, Roxanna. I would not have survived all those years if not for God. He has been my one constant. I have been gone a very long time, now, and I am indeed very happy in The Lord. Just revisiting old wounds because of current setting in my life with the work I do. Thank you so much for your comments. You're right. We aren't born good but become good by the grace of God. I have read many, many things on domestic violence as you might imagine. Evelyn's name and book title sound vaguely familiar but I will check it out. Thank you. I've been thinking of writing my own story soon. Think I may wait a little while.
