I LIKED THE POEM IT WAS SHORT AND SWEET AND MOST IMPORTANT TO THE POINT. THE PICTURE ADDED SUBSTANCE AND CERTAINLY EXPRESSED THE INDIVIDUALISM OF THE YOUNG GIRL. WHY CAN'T ADULTS TAKE A LESSON FROM HER? WHAT A GREAT WORLD IT WOULD BE IF WE ALL MARCHED TO OUR OWN BEAT.

Very nice haiku (5-7-5). I liked the message that it brings and the choice of words that you used. Good luck with the contest.

Those that try may fail,
They will be mocked, ridiculed,
But they would have tried.

With very few words, this poetry speaks volumes.
Thank You for your creation.

Love it, Grace! Beautiful meaning in this poem! The meaning is very inspiring, and the picture goes very well with the poem. I like the assonance of the 'a' sound in "may" and "fail." Perhaps, though, instead of caps lock for the word "THEY" in the third line, you may want to italicize the word instead? Aside from that, beautiful poem!

You have made good use of every syllable in this philosophical statement of truth: Without trying there can be no success and no lesson learned.

Life is about trials and errors and from the mistakes made, we learn the hard way if not the easy lucky way.
To see children trying hard to solve their problems does make us think about ourselves.
If we can look at how they solve problems, it can sometimes put us to shame. Maybe because they have not met many failure or even if they fail, the adults are always there to give them the support.
Hence, in a child's world, to try, to experiment is sometimes child's play to them. In a child's world it is a very real world contrary to what we consider as child's play.
So in life's trials, we always have to prepare for failures. if we are afraid of failures, then we can never be anything more than cowards, I suppose, LOL.
Cheers, Ritchie.
