Yeah, pretty standard questions on hauntings. After which, she'll need to check for all the usual natural causes. Rule all those out, and then you might want to call in a specalist.
Fast chapter, but sets the mood. I wonder if they'll see anything on their tour?

This chapter reads easily with the dialogue between Paige and Cash flowing nicely. There is a definite contrast between the type of lives they lived. She being so wealthy but does not seem to be hung up on her wealth, which would put Cash at ease.
Paige seems to have a ghost on her hands for sure, which should make for very interesting happenings in the future.
The picture of the house really lends to the story, and makes it feel even more creepy and mysterious.

While I'm no fan of romance novels, I always enjoy reading your posts because you have such a knack for bringing your characters to life. This sounds like the beginning of an interesting story. The characters are realistic and come across well and the dialog sounds realistic and appropriate for the characters. I didn't notice any mistakes or typos.
