I truly soar with you in awe at the wonders that surround us, and stir within us - as for the muse...I Am a songwriter and suddenly, at times I find, as the lyric flows,the melody accompanies the words and writing the notation down quickly I find myself with a completely new song...where Was it an hour ago? Where did it spring from? The muse?Why now? Why not yesterday? How good to know someone shares the mystery of it. Thank you.

Hi Betinka, actually the spark of enlightenment only truly hit me the other day, that when writers talk about a muse, they are talking about that stream of words that flows out when you least expect it and it is a rush to capture it. Before a few days I thought a muse was just like a partner etc, or God but in the way that He gives you what you need to come up with the words.
So after having this little revelation (I'm a bit slow! LOL) I thought I would try to write it down, and guess what - I had some help!

Yes, I agree with you the wonderful muse comes from God. When it comes it is the most remarakble feeling in the word, you can feel the divine inspiration as you write. I enjoyed your poem and share your sentiment.

This poem touches on many thing in this existence we call life. The verse flows through it thoughts effortlessly. I liked everything about this well fashioned piece of poetic art. It was just a delight to have read and written a review for... John... John
