I was just peeking through some of the reviews and I agree about adding a short dialogue tag at the end of "Be a sweetheart and finish Jack's last letter for me." (Susan said). I know it's flash, but I think this would help immediately establish the direction and flow of their conversation.
Overall, it was a great story with a satisfying ending. Way to go, Mandy! :P
