Love your word choices. excellent word economy, excellent alliteration, excellent imagery and closing note (dramatic). Wondering why brook is capped? Is that intentional to make it a pun on the name and effect personification? Or is it a typo? Can't tell for sure!
The thing I love most about this is how, read aloud, it actually has the rhythmic groove of a babbling brook! The V-K-F sounds add to that sound effect. Bravo.
Nice presentation as well.

This is a good entry for the Lune Poetry contest. The syllable count is correct. i liked how you described the brook as snaking through the rift. Nice imagery. the artwork you chose works well with the poem. Good luck.
